I am a Learning Designer, Instructional Designer, and Educational Technologist with a passion for creating engaging, innovative, and data-driven learning experiences. With expertise in eLearning development, curriculum design, faculty training, educational research, and AI-enhanced learning, I specialize in designing adaptive, learner-centered digital solutions that enhance knowledge retention and engagement.
Holding a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Educational Technology, my research focuses on AI affordances in Self-Directed Learning, exploring how artificial intelligence can personalize and optimize the learning journey. I am experienced in educational data analytics, instructional design research, and assessment strategies, leveraging learning analytics and AI-driven feedback mechanisms to improve educational outcomes.

- I develop learner-centered curricula, hybrid and online courses, and microlearning solutions, using ADDIE, SAM, and competency-based learning models to optimize instructional strategies.
- I design interactive digital learning experiences using SCORM, xAPI, Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, and various LMS platforms (Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, TalentLMS).
- I collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), instructors, and development teams to design and deliver faculty training programs, instructional coaching, and educational workshops.
- My expertise in AI-powered adaptive learning, personalized feedback systems, and data analytics help drive evidence-based improvements in education.
- I am proficient in developing learning assessments, curriculum evaluation, and data-driven instructional improvements that enhance learning effectiveness.
- I am experienced in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UX/UI design for LMS customization, interactive content creation, and online educational platforms.
