Managing Conflict Effectively: A Scenario-Based Approach

I designed and developed the “Managing Conflict Effectively: A Scenario-Based Approach” course using a combination of industry-standard tools to ensure a professional and engaging learning experience. I created the initial storyboards and visual designs in PowerPoint to map out the course flow, characters, and scenarios. To enhance the visual appeal and align with the course theme, I used Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop to design custom characters, icons, and backgrounds. I then built the interactive scenarios and animations in Articulate Storyline, which allowed me to seamlessly integrate decision-making paths, feedback mechanisms, and self-assessment quizzes. By leveraging these tools, I was able to deliver a polished, interactive, and visually consistent course that effectively supports learners in mastering conflict resolution skills.
